What customers are saying about us!
After 5 weeks of getting used to my arch supports I never want to take them off. I had some minor back pain due to a sciatic nerve issue but that’s not why I bought the supports. My back pain disappeared along with some hip issues however the real reason I brought the arch supports is for a bunion that’s developing on my foot that will take a while to see if it disappears…but I feel very good in my supports and I’m very glad I met forward Arch at the Orange County Fair.

I purchased a pair back in September. My feet had been hurting for about 7 years. I came across Forward Arch at Los Angeles County fair. After talking to the salesman for about twenty minutes he took an impression of feet. He put a pair of Forward Arch’s in my shoes and told me to walk around. My feet felt great.
I took them home and started wearing them every day. I won’t lie it took about a month to get use to them. Then after that it was great, now I can stand for long periods of time without my heels hurting. And my knees don’t hurt anymore. I’m so glad I made the investment of buying them. Don’t waste your time with those places like Happy Feet. I’m definitely going back for another pair so I don’t have to keep switching them from one pair of shoes to another.

I have enjoyed Tennis all my life, but at age 68 I was going to hang it up because of foot pain. You saved my (tennis) life. I still have the usual aches and pains but not foot pain. Thanks to you and your Forward Arch.

My name is Connie, and I am a Myofascial Release/Crainosacral Therapist. I operate an extremely busy practice in Safford, AZ. I am also a marathon runner and have been running for over 30 years. I suffer from having flat feet and have always worn some type of arch support or custom made orthotic, with little or no success. I discovered Forward Arch while visiting our state fair and was fitted with orthotics that day. The whole concept of orthotics made so much more sense to me after that day. Since, I have worn mt orthotics everyday for the past 2 years and after taking a second imprint, I could visibly see the changes my feet have made. I continue to run approximately 60 plus miles per week, without pain. I decided to offer this service and product to my patients and have seen dramatic changes in my patients. One of my patients with cerebral palsy was fitted and since, his gait has much improved. Another diabetic patient of mine fund that she had experienced increased circulation to her lower extremities and more stability. My husband, who suffers from low back and neck pain, is also finding relief from his orthotics. One of my post-polio patients was recently fitted, and she was completely excited to feel the difference in her feet, legs, and back. Today, I fitted a patient who has been experiencing chronic knee pain and was told that the only answer would be surgery. After fitting her with the orthotics, she couldn’t believe how much better her knee and feet felt. She simply stated, “I feel grounded”. I am seeing and hearing more and more positive results from the use and recommendation from this custom fit orthotcis. I feel blessed to be given this opportunity yo help so many people using Forward Arch orthotics, as they are making such a difference by giving people a better quality of life. Thanks you so much for making such an awesome product.

I have been flat footed my whole life. Back, leg, & foot pain, I figured, were just my lot in life. I was tossed out of the Navy because of my feet!
I met this dude @ the FAIR in Ventura, CA.
Was I skeptical? Heck yes! He said: “Walk around the fair and see what you think.” He put them in my flip flops! Two hours on pavement in the summer heat of July, and I was on a freak’in CLOUD! Laid down $200.00 on the spot!
Later on, one of them had cracked. I called him up. He said: Send them in and we’ll give you a brand new set! I said: NO WAY! I’m not spending another DAY without those darn things! “I get that! No problem” said the fellow from Arch Forward. We’ll send it along without the return”.
“Fair enough”, said I, and send me another set too!
Two days later, boom! In the mail!!!!
That was 4 years ago! I’m still floating.
THANKS Forward Arch! My life is different now that the pain is gone. SO different!

It has been a year since I have been wearing Forward Arch Orthotics. Some shoes and boots work better than others because of the way the orthotics fit inside your shoe. I was a skeptic. They work. I have less issues now. I can be on my feet all day and not feel so worn out. I have a lot less pain. I was taking Alieve each day like the TV commercials just to make it through the day. I am recovering from a partially torn achilles tendon from a year ago. The elevation of my arch reduces the stress on the achilles I’ve been told. The initial discomfort for the first 3 to 4 weeks was worth it. Your feet must adjust and it takes time. I plan on visiting the booth at the Ventura County Fair to get another pair.

It’s like night and day! Walked in here with pain in my feet, knees and back and leaving here virtually painfree!

I rarely write reviews but these helped me so much that I had to share. I suffer from extremely high arch and pronated feet. I had gone to two different podiatrists and neither were able to help me. The first one made me some $400 orthotics that were made from a mold of my feet. These were extremely uncomfortable and after wearing for 6 months, my feet were no better. The second doc just added some cotton to the orthotics and charged me another $85. I had to get a disabled parking permit and was walking with a cane. I could not go barefoot in my house and always had to wear the shoes with the uncomfortable orthotics — even to go from my room to the bathroom.
I saw the forward arch orthotics at the San Diego fair and figured that I had nothing to lose since there was a guarantee. I wear an 8.5 men’s shoe and I purchased the size XII W. At first it felt as though I was walking on a walnut under the ball of my foot. I was told that that sensation would go away within a few days to a few weeks. Within a week they felt pretty good. It has now been 7 weeks and I don’t use the cane. I am able to walk around all day with little discomfort. I do wear the forward arch orthotics in my shoes wherever I go but I am now able to walk around barefoot or with flip-flops in my house and I have no pain (I used to get heel pain and pain on the sides of my feet when I went barefoot for even a few minutes). The new orthotics have trained my feet! I feel like I have a new lease on life.
The customer service has been great. The guy called me back within a day of leaving a message. I thought that I needed a larger size on one foot and I was sent another immediately. As it turns out, I didn’t need it and will send it back.
Thank you!

Both my best friend and I bought a pair from a San Diego Fair in 2014. We were in our late 20s. I’ve been suffering from extremely flat feet my whole life and my friend has extremely high arches. At first, we both felt like we walking with a rock under our feet, (and even laughed about it), but that was expected per Dan, so we kept wearing it. I understand that some may take longer, but I adjusted to mine within a week. My friend took about 3 weeks. I wore it despite the soreness, everyday, in my tennis shoes and even exercised with it. I did it like that, because I was determined to make this work and hopefully be finally pain free. I was too young to be having chronic foot pain. So despite the soreness, I wore it and I could feel my foot was loving Forward arch as it stretched the muscles, especially my problem area, and my feet never felt stronger and balanced. Soon enough, we both couldn’t go anywhere without these. We even wore them in our flip flops at the beach! Use velcro tapes!
Fast forward 3 years, I moved to Washington and lost my right orthotic. My insurance covered a custom pair, so I used those and it isn’t nearly the quality of my Forward arch ones, and doctor’s office charge over $400 for theirs. My feet would slide outward all the time due to the lack of balance it provided. I am a registered nurse working long shifts, so I have to have proper support or I was afraid I would be handicap at 50. I don’t want to end up like those people who limp and have chronic foot problems at only 40 or 50. I want to be active AND PAIN FREE well into my senior years.
When my bestfriend visited me in WA last month, she mentioned how she still used her Forward Arch and we reminisced on how lucky we were to come across it at a Fair. So I called Dan, hoping to purchase just the right foot orthotic that I lost. Dan called me back within the day and asked what size I had. He asked for my address and said he is sending me a whole set instead no charge. Wow! I even offered money for shipping and he refused. You don’t hear businesses do this for customers everyday. I am not surprised though, because meeting Dan at the fair, I remember he really cared about helping as many people with these life saving orthotics, than about money. I don’t know about the bad reviews here, but Forward Arch was a real blessing for my bestfriend and I. Give these a try. You owe it to your feet. Thank you Forward Arch!

I have used Forward Arch inserts in my shoes for over a year now. I can’t live without them now. I have suffered with back pain for 25 years. I have used chiropractors and acupuncture which helps but was always temporary. I wish I would of known about Forward Arch before. They are not worn out after a year. The only down side is that for the first 2 days of buying them your feet hurt like hell but once I got passed that everything is great. I still have hurt my back after purchasing them from a strenuous job. But the arch supports get my back straight and pain free. 5 stars. And thank you.

I got these at the fair last year because my feet hurt. Now, a year later I am returning to get a second pair so I don’t have to switch inserts when I switch shoes. They are the best thing to happen to feet all year!

All I have to say is you and feet will thank him. The min I stood up and the syaidic nerve pain was gone instantly. Just amazing. Worth the weeks of pain to get used to them

I have been using these orthotic inserts since 2011! I work in a manufacturing facility 12-14 hrs a shift. I working on concrete floors, stairs, and vertical ladders. Prior to utilizing the Forward Arch solutions, I would last 4-6 hrs on the floor before I was in pain. This telegraphed to my knees, hip, back, and neck. I was taking 800mg of pain killers three times a day. Now, I don’t even worry about breaking in new shoes! I hadn’t been able to walk barefoot in 15 years. After @ 12 months of using Forward Arch, I built up the muscle tone back into the ball of my foot and base of my heel. Now I can walk barefoot or wear flip flops all day long! This is an awesome system of products and service!

I am skeptical to say the least about products like these but its been 3 weeks and my back pain has been reduced significantly. I’ve listened to all the technical mumbo jumbo from Dan and did the little push test and didn’t believe it but so far…I am sold! Hips, lower back and feet don’t hurt hardly as much as they did prior to these.

So meet these guys at the fair and was my friend was talked into getting them. After we got home she had me try them, sarcastically I said i could put a rock in my shoe and be uncomfortable too. After a short 5 minute walk she had me sit down for a minute and told me to stand up, a task not easy as i have a bad back and a knee replacement that didn’t go so well. What usually takes me 10 seconds to get up on a good day, shocked me that it only took 1/2 a second, as i smoothly stood to my full height without the wobbling, trying to avoid pain “twists and leans”. I was sold and went the next day to get a pair for myself. Though to this day my feet are still sore by the end of the day, “up on feet 10 hours a day” my back and knee pain are considerably less. One day I absently was wearing sandals, and it actually took me about 4 hours before I as “why am I hurting so bad?” Oh ya! Put the shoes with inserts on and within a short bit back settled down. I am not saying they are for everyone, but if you are anythi ng like me, and searching for a option to help. Give it a shot, I hope things work out for you too.

I have been using these for about 6 years, and cannot recommend them enough.
I was diagnosed with plantar’s fasciitis about 8 years ago and tendonitis in my ankles about a year later. Naturally, I went to the pharmacy and tried the over the counter inserts and remedies available there. When those didn’t work, I special ordered foam and hard plastic inserts, support socks, silicone arch supports – you name it – from a specialty foot website/shop. Nothing really made things any better. I bought special (read: ugly) shoes designed with my particular foot conditions in mind. I was still in pain after walking just a block or two. My podiatrist was at the point of ordering cortisone injections for me, because of the constant pain. I was hesistant to go that route, but at that point, I was getting desperate…
Then, I came across Forward Arch at the L.A. County Fair. I know what you’re thinking. Really? Orthotics the fair? Like, the same place where they sell the Sham-wow & the Slap Chop? Trust me, I was plenty skeptical. But, like I said, I was desperate.
So, I sat down for a fitting. This was important, because a right fit was really important & let me tell you why. They explained to me that tradional orthotics and foam inserts support your “broken” arch. Its in the position that causes pain & it misaligned. The Forward Arch supports your arch in the position that it SHOULD BE IN. The other things are like putting a cast on your broken leg in the broken position, rather than putting it in the position it needs to be to heal itself THEN slapping the cast on it. Duh. Makes sense, right? Yeah.
So, I paid for them and, true to their instructions, it did hurt for the first two weeks or so of use. It is important to build your tolerance to them slowly. Its like trying to run a marathon on your first training run. Not gonna happen. But if you slowly ease into it, your body/feet get used to being in the new, supportive position and over a very short period of time, you start to notice your feet don’t hurt as much when you get out of bed first thing in the morning. You can walk more than a block or two without limping. You don’t need to ice your feet after walking around the mall.
Now that I’ve been using them so long, I can’t remember what its like to be without them, and luckily, I don’t have to. Let me tell you what I can do now that I couldn’t before: I can RUN a 5k! I can WALK twice that. Easy. I don’t have to worry about ice or stretching or arnica gel. Even better: I don’t have to use them everyday anymore. I can wear heels to work (without the orthotics) and not be limping by the time I get home. I just put them in whatever flats/athleticshoes/boots that I can fit them in & I’m good to go.
If you’re not sure, just try it. You don’t have a lot to lose. I imagine if you’re reading this review, you’re at the point where you’re desperate, too. At most, you have a couple of hundred dollars to lose. At best, you can stop thinking about & experiencing pain that keeps you from doing the things you want to do in your life because it won’t be an issue anymore.

I purchased these on 10/23/07 at the Arizona state fair. I had a bunion and hammertoe surgery on both feet this past February and April. I have had constant pain in the bunion area that felt like a sharp rock every time I took a step leaving me unable to walk barefooted.
I had difficulty getting out of bed in the morning due to the pain and my lower back was always hurting. When I put the orthotics on at the fair, I immediately had no pain. I have worn them all day long since the fair and have since been able to walk barefooted in the morning without pain. I can tell that my foot posture is already changing. I never thought I would find anything to get rid of the pain.
God truly answered my prayers when I found Forward Arch. In three days these orthotics have changed my outlook on life and walking!
Thanks again

I recently purchased a pair of your orthotics at our local fair. I am a police officer and have struggled with arch pain for years. I am thoroughly impressed with your product and would like to say “Thanks!!”
The orthotic I purchased is a hard plastic material. During the sales presentation you showed me a black insert, which was “more rubbery”. You did not that one available at the time, however you mentioned that after a period of time if I would like to switch to the rubbery/softer version that would not be a problem. After several months, I believe I would be better suited with that one. I need a bit more support and a little more give from the insert. Therefore, please advise me in the process on doing so.
Again, I thank you for creating this wonderful product and I look forward to several more pairs and many more years of use!!

I received my forward arches at the Maricopa County fair in Phoenix, AZ. I have cerebral palsy, arthritis, and tendinitis. I wear my forward arches everyday. My back pain is now gone, I no longer have pain between my shoulders.
My balance is better. I can now walk in the store without using my mobility cart. The forward arch has given me back my ability to walk without pain.
Thank you

Yesterday I attended the Imperial County mid winter fair. The theme this year is “Experience the Magic” which is what I experienced with the sole inserts. I felt the magic of not having to walk with pain every day. Since I can remember I have always had trouble with my feet to the point where the pain controlled me.
Sports were just a dream, and doctors only sent me to other doctors. For the first time in a long time when I tried the arches I was able to experience the magic of not having pain in every step. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to enjoy the physical activity of walking again.

Thanks to you and your FORWARD ARCH.

I am a former U.S. Army medic. Medical-wise I may have not seen it at all, but I have seen enough. I spent 10 years in the medical field and have never seen a product like yours. It relieved my sciatic nerve pain that I have dealt with ever since 2005. It also fixed various other pains in my body.
The very first day that I wore them I had increased energy and I felt like I was 10 years younger. All the other orthotics that I have tried over the years never fixed the problem. They only masked the symptoms. This includes doctor prescribed orthotics. This product really does what it says it will do. You are very good at your job, and really care about fixing the problem and relieving the patient’s pain. You spend the time to make sure that these orthotics really fit me. Maybe you should be wearing the white lab coat? In any case, this product is well worth the investment, which is considerably less than the custom made orthotics that usually do not work.
As a bonus, these orthotics have a better warranty than my car. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get out of pain or to anyone who wants to avoid getting the additional pain that advancing age has in store for us.
Vince – Former U.S. Army Medic
Since I am wearing orthotics fitted for my feet by Daniel Morong at “Forward Arch” I have stopped using my cane.
People that know me well including my wife say my face looks better and is not signaling pain. Also they can see I’m standing taller not bent over.
I’m walking with an improved gait “faster and not walking with shorter extensions of my legs.” My feet hardly feel anything from the orthotic inserts.
I surely would recommend these orthotics to anyone!

We want to thank Dan for giving my husband freedom to walk. Jerry has been a type 1 diabetic for 24 years. We work many fairs and Jerry was pretty much confined to our booth. Within seconds of wearing Forward Arch Orthotics, Jerry was walking without pain. Now I can’t keep him in our booth.
At night I used to tell Jerry nothing could be as cold as his feet and still be alive. Now his feet are always warm, his circulation has increased thus saving him from an up coming amputation. That word is no longer in our vocabulary. We could go on forever. How does one say thank you for a new life? Thank you, Dan. Thank you, Forward Arch.

I love my orthotics and wear them everyday and they have made my 6 LONG YEARS of foot pain completely go away, after four foot surgeries they are a miracle! Thank you so much in advance for your help in this matter.
Amy – Victorville, CA
My daughter and I each purchased a pair of your Orthotics at the Del Mar Fair Show. I would have never believed it, my very pronounced limp from the severe fracture of my left foot is 95% gone and my back and hips feel great.
I was doing some gardening this morning when I squatted down to pull some weeds. Imagine my surprise when I suddenly realized at the age of 61 that I was squatting, something I haven’t able to do for 15 years or so. Even more amazing was that I was able to get back up without even thinking about it.
Thank you very, very much for convincing us to try your product is, at least for us, truly amazing.”
William – Temecula, CA
Dan, after years of working next to you at different fairs, I finally tried the orthondics. Because I’m on my feet for 10 to 12 hours a day, it was a miracle that after wearing them for a short time, my pain was gone. Thank you so much.

I purchased Forward Arch supports at the San Diego County Fair and it has made an incredible difference for me since I started wearing them. I have low arches and I suffered pain in my feet and in the area of my calves for years. Since I have used Forward Arch, I am pain free in those areas. I could feel a sense of relief from the first moment I tried on the arch supports.
Sid Sutton – Solana Beach, CA
My wife and I came in to see you at the AV Fair. My wife is in a wheel chair due to neuropathy from her diabetes and a pin in her ankle to help her roll over. She also wears cast orthotics.
I myself have dealt with Huntington Disease for 30 years. We both have balance issues, foot pain and back pain.
My wife tried on your Froward Arch Corrective Orthotics and had immediately pain relief and greatly improved balance and stability. She didn’t need help getting out of the chair! Also, my foot and back pain were gone and after standing on the orthotics the 15 seconds. My shaking and uncontrolled movements had dissipated by 80%! I could walk without feeling like I was going to fall.
Thank you so much for your help.
Best thing I ever bought. Pain in my legs and knees are gone! Thank you.”
Ben – Anaheim, CA
My husband and I were at the Newport Boat Show, R.I. past fall. We walked by the Forward Arch Booth and decided to stop. Thank Goodness. I was experiencing severe pain in my right foot from Plantar Fasciitis. I had the pain since March, 2009 and it increased over the Summer. The pain was pervasive and caused other pain in my legs, hips and lower back because I was compensating by walking differently.
I am very happy to say that after purchasing the insert, I started having immediate results. Today, my heel is at and 95%. I don’t have lower back pain or other leg/hip pains. Just prior to the Boat Show, a therapist told me that I would have the pain for the rest of my life. I am happy to say that your product proved her wrong. I am planning to stop by and talk to her about your product…so that she can refer others to Forward Arch.
Thank you so much! I am very happy with the Forward Arch, feel lucky that I happened to be across your booth, and believe that the cost of the product was well worth it. Now in the mornings, I can leap to the floor and not worry about excruciating pain jetting from my foot up to my leg. I can go through the day without nagging foot, leg and back pain, which makes life enjoyable again.”

I saw you at the Ventura County Fair and my husband purchased my inserts for me. The only thing I can say is: OMG OMG OMG OMG.
I now can get up from a chair without any pains in my knees. I put my shoes on in the morning and am pain free all day, thank you so much. This is the greatest invented product ever. I highly recommend this to all who suffer from pain in knees, legs, back and feet. God Bless you both.

Dan…Been wearing the Forward Arch for a couple of weeks now. The main difference I feel is no back stiffness in the morning. It’s really nice to pop out of bed and go running without 20 minutes of stretching. Thanks for the help.
